SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days using the United States Postal Service. Customers who place orders will be acknowledged thru email. Once the purchased products are shipped, the customer will be notified with tracking information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no returns on Chondrus Crispus ( Irish Seam Moss) gel. Soaps can be returned if they are in their original sealed package, and exchanges will follow the same protocol.
